A Shahjahan, born on 12 July 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 Kerala cadre batch. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Director, Mission Director, Commissioner, and District Collector. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department from 8 January 2015 to 19 August 2016. Throughout his career, he held multiple directorial roles and began his service at the Junior Scale level.
