Throughout his career, Khot served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Principal Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary. His most recent designation was Under Suspension. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles at different levels within the Maharashtra government.
