A S Jeevarathinam, born on January 1, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Under Secretary, Joint Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Commissioner, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. His most recent position was Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Textbook and Educational Services Corporation from September 30, 2010, to December 31, 2012.
