A.R. Talwade, born on December 1, 1965, is a 2009 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Public Policy. Currently serving as Secretary at Puducherry since March 7, 2024, he is associated with the departments of Economics and Statistics and Sports and Youth Affairs. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Secretary in various capacities. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
