A R Khan, born on 17 August 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. During his career, he served as District Collector and District Magistrate, as well as Additional Registrar. His most recent position was Director at Rajasthan in the Department of Small Savings- GI and IF, from 1 June 2002 to 31 August 2004.
