A N R Saxena, born on 26 July 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He held the position of Joint Development Commissioner from 1 December 1999 to 31 July 2001. Throughout his career, he served as Special Secretary and Joint Secretary in various capacities. He also worked in the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. Mr. Saxena is a graduate and contributed to the administrative services until his retirement.
