A N R Saxena, born on 26 July 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He held the position of Joint Development Commissioner from December 1999 to July 2001. Throughout his career, he served as Special Secretary and Joint Secretary in various capacities. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. Mr. Saxena is a graduate by education.
