A Muthamma, born on October 6, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Ophthalmology from Dr. M.G.R. Medical College, Tamil Nadu. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner-cum-Secretary at Puducherry. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Secretary to Government, and Sub Collector. A Muthamma is proficient in English and Tamil. She continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
