A Mukhopadhyay, born on March 22, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate and Deputy Collector. He held the position of Additional Executive Officer from April 1, 1986, to March 1, 1992. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations.
