A M Parmar, born on 23 December 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1998 batch of the Gujarat cadre. He held various positions during his career, including District Collector at Junagadh, Gujarat, from January to December 2011. His past roles also include District Development Officer and Joint Secretary. Mr. Parmar is a graduate and served in the Indian Administrative Service until his retirement.
