He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Director, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from June 9, 2006, to January 31, 2008.
