A L Jarhad, born on 19 February 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Agriculture University, Rahuri. During his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Joint CEO, Municipal Commissioner, Director, District Collector, Deputy Secretary to the Chief Minister, Deputy Commissioner, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Municipal Commissioner at the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, Maharashtra. He was honored with the Best Collector Award for his service.
