A K Sinha, born on January 1, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Political Science, including a postgraduate qualification in Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities such as Junior Scale, Deputy Development Commissioner, District Magistrate, Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Department of Water Resources from September 1, 1992, to December 1, 1993.
