A K Pradhan, born on April 28, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1966 Gujarat cadre. He holds degrees in Civil Engineering, Physics, and an MBA in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary at Gujarat from September 2001 to April 2003. His extensive experience spans roles such as Director General, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Chairman, Managing Director, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, District Development Officer, Joint Director, and Assistant Collector. He was associated with the Department of Fisheries during his service.
