A K Guha, born on April 4, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Commissioner & Secretary at Arunachal Pradesh, from October 1, 2000, to April 30, 2003. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre until his retirement.
