A K Dwivedi, born on February 3, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and served in various capacities throughout his career. His past positions include Additional Secretary and Chief. Most recently, he was appointed Officer on Special Duty to the Minister in the Transport Department from January 1, 2000, to February 28, 2001.
