A K Bhatt, born on September 8, 1954, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Commissioner, Excise Commissioner, Commissioner & Registrar, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, and CEO. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Industries and Commerce department of Madhya Pradesh from June 30, 2012, to August 25, 2014. Throughout his career, Bhatt contributed to multiple administrative roles within the state government before retiring from service.
