A H Mirza, born on 27 December 1930, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1974 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds graduate degrees in English and Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Deputy Director, Additional Collector, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent designation was Director at Gujarat from 1 January 1987 to 1 December 1988. He was associated with the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
