A E Rayate, born on 12 October 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, University of Pune. During his career, he served as Commissioner and was most recently appointed as Additional Settlement Commissioner in the Department of Land Records, Pune, Maharashtra, from 22 January 2020 to 31 October 2023.
