A Dineshkumar, born on 25 July 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Madras, Government College of Engineering. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Home Department, a position he has held since 4 May 2025. Proficient in English, Tamil, and Hindi, Dineshkumar continues to serve in his administrative capacity within the state government.
