A C Joshi, born on 25 February 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1974 batch, Gujarat cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Municipal Commissioner, District Collector, District Development Officer, Project Administrator, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent role was Joint Secretary in the Urban Development department of Gujarat from 1 August 1991 to 29 February 1996. Joshi’s extensive service in administrative roles reflects his long-standing commitment to public administration within the Gujarat cadre.
