A C Chakraborty, born on February 9, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Commerce, as well as a postgraduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, Chakraborty served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate and multiple terms as Deputy Secretary.
