A B Panchal, born on December 2, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 Gujarat cadre. He served in various capacities including District Collector, Director, District Development Officer, and Additional Commissioner. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Energy and Petrochemicals Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from June 4, 2006, to December 31, 2007. Mr. Panchal holds a graduate degree and dedicated his career to public service within the Gujarat cadre.
