Dr. A B P Pandey, born on February 2, 1961, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, an M.Sc. in Computer Science, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including CEO, Director General, Mission Director, Principal Secretary, Managing Director, Secretary, and District Collector. His most recent position was Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, New Delhi. Dr. Pandey’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative and leadership roles across government departments.
