A B Bhagde, born on 28 August 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Director, District Collector, CEO, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Administrator at the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO). Throughout his career, Bhagde contributed to the administrative framework of Maharashtra before retiring from service.
