43 IPS, DANIPS Officers Transferred In Delhi

Key changes have been made across Traffic, EOW, Crime, Intelligence, Special Branch, Vigilance, Licensing, Operations, IFSO and district policing

Delhi Police reshuffle of 43 IPS and DANIPS officers, Garima Bhatnagar, Traffic Police, EOW

The Delhi Police has ordered a major reshuffle of 43 IPS and DANIPS officers, covering batches from 1994 to 2021. The transfers and postings were ordered with immediate effect on August 18 following recommendations of the Police Establishment Board.

Among the key changes, Garima Bhatnagar (1994 batch) will continue as Special CP/EOW and will also hold additional charge as MD, Delhi Police Housing Corporation Ltd. (DPHCL). Manish Agrawal has been posted as Special CP/PSD, while Ajay Chaudhary moves as Special CP/Traffic. Atul Katiyar will head the Welfare & Legal Division as Special CP.

At the Joint CP and Additional CP levels, Suman Goyal moves to Western Range, Rajneesh Gupta to Transport Range, Jatin Narwal to Special Branch and Deepak Purohit to Licensing. Monica Bharadwaj has been posted as Additional CP/Crime, while Sanjay Bhatia moves to Additional CP/IFSO and Dinesh Kumar Gupta to Additional CP/DPHCL.

The reshuffle also brings several officers transferred from other cadres and Union Territories into Delhi Police assignments. Key changes have been made across Traffic, EOW, Crime, Intelligence, Special Branch, Vigilance, Licensing, Operations, IFSO and district policing, including postings in North, South East, Rohini, Central and Outer North districts.
