Rahul Dwivedi, born on 15 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Madras and completed a Micro Master programme at MIT, USA. Currently, he serves as Director at the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, New Delhi, since 1 July 2025. His previous roles include Joint Commissioner, State Project; District Collector; Chief Executive Officer; Assistant Collector; Supernumerary Assistant Collector; and Executive Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Rahul Dwivedi is actively serving in the IAS.
