Rahul Dwivedi, born on 15 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 Maharashtra cadre batch. He holds a B.Tech. from IIT Madras and completed a Micro Master programme at MIT, USA. Currently, he serves as Director at the Department of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti since 1 July 2025. His previous roles include Joint Commissioner, State Project; District Collector; Chief Executive Officer; Assistant Collector; Supernumerary Assistant Collector; and Executive Director. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
