Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, born on 30 December 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture from M.A. University Parbhani, a Diploma in HR Management from Maharashtra State Examination Board, and a B.A. in History from Nanded. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Delhi's General Administration Department since 16 February 2026. His past roles include Secretary, Chief Electoral Officer, Divisional Commissioner, Collector & District Magistrate, and Deputy Secretary. He has been honored with the Best Collector Award. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Urdu.
