Pandurang Kondbarao Pole, born on 30 December 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture from M.A. University Parbhani, a Diploma in HR Management from Maharashtra State Examination Board, and a B.A. in History from Nanded. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Delhi in the General Administration Department since 16 February 2026. His previous roles include Secretary and Chief Electoral Officer. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Urdu. Pandurang Kondbarao Pole continues to serve in the IAS.
