Narendra Bhooshan, born on March 12, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics & Communications. Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Department of Land Resources, New Delhi, since April 1, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary to Government, Deputy Director General, Mission Director, Joint Secretary, OSD to Minister, Managing Director, Secretary, Staff Officer, Special Secretary Director, District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, and Additional District Magistrate. He is proficient in English and Punjabi.
