Manoj Kumar II, born on 23 May 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Currently serving as the Special Secretary in the Housing and Urban Development department of Uttar Pradesh since 2 September 2023, he has previously held positions including Deputy Secretary and Additional Commissioner. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
