Manoj Joshi, born on January 13, 1967, is a 1989 batch IAS officer of the Kerala cadre. He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, a Certificate in Financial Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Pharmaceuticals under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers since November 20, 2025, Joshi has held multiple key positions including Secretary, Officer on Special Duty, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary to the Chief Minister, Managing Director, Counsellor, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and General Manager. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
