Lathkar Shrikesh Balajirao, born on July 8, 1984, is an IAS officer of the 2011 batch from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from SVNIT Surat. Currently serving as the Private Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation in New Delhi since November 27, 2024, he is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Telugu. Mr. Lathkar is an active officer in service, contributing to the Civil Aviation department.
