Lathkar Shrikesh Balajirao, an IAS officer of the 2011 batch from the Andhra Pradesh cadre, was born on July 8, 1984. He holds a B.E. in Electronics from SVNIT Surat. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation in New Delhi since November 27, 2024. His previous roles include Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, Special Officer, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Municipal Commissioner, Additional District Magistrate & Collector, Project Officer, and SDO/SDM. He has been awarded the Governor's Gold Medal and Best District for IRCS as District Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Telugu.
