Shrikant M Deshpande, born on 02/04/1964, is a retired IAS officer from the 1991 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Tech., M.Tech., and a PG Diploma from IIM Bangalore. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Deputy Secretary, Director, District Collector, Deputy Commissioner, CEO, PS to Minister, Civil Affairs Officer, Secretary, Secretary to Governor, and Senior Civil Affairs Officer. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary and SEO at Mumbai in the General Administration Department, starting from 16/02/2021. He is proficient in English and Marathi.
