Shrikant Kundalik Khandekar, born on November 3, 1994, is an IAS officer of the 2020 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he is the DDC-cum-CEO at Patna, Bihar, a position he has held since January 12, 2026, within the Zila Parishad department. Prior to this, he served as a District Development Commissioner (DDC). He continues to serve in his official capacity.
