Shrikant Kundalik Khandekar, born on November 3, 1994, is an IAS officer of the 2020 batch from the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and is proficient in Hindi. Currently serving as the DDC-cum-CEO at Patna, Bihar, in the Zila Parishad department since January 12, 2026, he has previously held the position of DDC. Mr. Khandekar continues to serve in his administrative capacity within the state government.
