Bhanu Chandra Goswami, born on 20 August 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in Sanskrit and is proficient in Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including Sub Divisional Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, District Magistrate, Vice Chairman, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, Relief Commissioner, Consolidation Commissioner, and Secretary. He continues to serve in the IAS.
