Rajiv Ranjan Bhagat gets extension as IG, SPG

Rajiv Ranjan Bhagat gets an extension for 2 years as Inspector General of Special Protection Group which is an agency under the Cabinet Secretariat of the Government of India. Bhagat, a 1998 batch IPS of Gujarat cadre has been serving in the elite force of the Special Protection Group (SPG) that is tasked to provide security to the Prime Minister.
