The Gujarat Forest Department has assigned additional charges to several IFS and GFS officers to streamline operations across key divisions. Shri G. Ramana Murthy will now also oversee SSNL, while Dr. K. Sasikumar takes charge of Wildlife, Gandhinagar. Dr. Anshuman Sharma has been given additional responsibilities in the Kevadia Wildlife Circle, and Dr. T. Karuppasamy will now serve as Member Secretary, Gujarat Biodiversity Board.

Other notable changes include Shri Vikas Yadav overseeing the Task Force in Junagadh, and GFS officers like Shreyaskumar Patel, Ravirajsinh Rathod, Namrata Italian, and Vishnukumar Desai taking on roles in biodiversity, monitoring, and environmental education. The reshuffle reflects a push for efficient coordination and optimal use of resources.
