Mahesh Jani Gets Additional Charge Of Rajkot Deputy Commissioner

The additional charge of Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Rajkot — currently held by IAS Swapnil Khare — has been given to the IAS officer Mahesh Jani, who is currently the Regional Commissioner of Municipalities of Rajkot, until further orders.

J.V. Desai of the Gujarat Administrative Services (GAS), who currently holds the post of the Director of the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) at Anand, will take the additional charge of the District Development Officer of Anand, until further orders.

Rajendra Kumar M. Patel, an IAS officer and Deputy Municipal Commissioner of Surat, has been given additional charge of the Regional Commissioner of the Municipality, Surat.

Another IAS officer D.M. Solanki, who is currently the Regional Commissioner of the Municipality at Bhavnagar, has been given additional charge of the District Development Officer of Bhavnagar.
