IRS Officer Nalin Bilochan Appointed Director In Ministry Of Mines

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has appointed Nalin Bilochan, a 2011-batch Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Indirect Taxes) officer, as Director in the Ministry of Mines on central deputation for a period of five years. According to an Office Memorandum issued by the DoPT, Bilochan was recommended by the Department of Revenue and is expected to assume charge on or after May 19, 2026.
