Haryana Shuffles State Bureaucracy, Transfers 24 Officers, Including 6 IAS

Among the key appointments, 2013-batch IAS officer Virender Kumar Dahiya has been posted as Special Secretary, Secretariat Establishment and Director, Environment. He will also hold the additional charge of Special Secretary, Environment, Forests and Wildlife Department.

In the district administration, 2016-batch IAS officer Dr Harish Kumar Vashishth has been shifted as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Panipat, while his batchmate Dr Jatinder Singh Chhilar has been given charge of DC, Palwal.

2019-batch IAS officer Samwartak Singh Khangwal was named Administrator, Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), Faridabad, along with the additional responsibility of Additional Director, Urban Estates.

The government also assigned new responsibilities to 2022-batch IAS officers. Shashwat Sangwan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority and Additional Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department, while continuing as Mission Director of Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban). Utsav Anand has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Citizen Resources Information Officer (ADC-cum-DCRIO), Palwal.

Among the HCS officers who have been transferred, Shalini Chetal has been appointed as the ADC-cum-DCRIO, Hisar, while Ruchi Singh Bedi was posted as Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner (Administration). She will continue to hold her existing responsibilities as Additional Director, Housing for All and Additional Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivaar Utthaan Yojana.

Ashutosh Rajan was appointed Additional Director, Development and Panchayats, and Anil Kumar Yadav was posted as Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, NIT Faridabad. Anil Kumar Doon was named District Municipal Commissioner, Jind.

Ankita Adhikari was given the additional charge of Joint Director (Administration), Health Services, while Amit Maan was posted as Secretary, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad.

Meanwhile, Manish Kumar Lohan was appointed Additional Director, Civil Aviation, as part of the latest administrative reshuffle aimed at strengthening governance and streamlining departmental functioning across the state.
