The empanelment includes officers from batches ranging between 1995 and 2005, belonging to services such as IRS (Income Tax), IRS (Customs & Indirect Taxes), Indian Forest Service, Indian Ordnance Factories Service (IOFS), Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Financial Services (IP&TAFS), Indian Cost Accounts Service (ICoAS), and ITS.
