Four IFS Officers Of Gujarat Cadre Get Additional Charge

Four IFS officers have been given additional charges, including R. Dhanpal of the 2010 batch, Dr. Sakkira Begum of the 2013 batch, P. Gardi of the 2016 batch and Abhay Kumar Singh of the 2017 batch

Under the orders of the Forest and Environment Department of Gujarat, four officers of the Indian Forest Service (IFS) have been given additional charge along with their current postings.

Among them, R. Dhanpal, a 2010 batch officer currently serving as the Conservator of Forests (CF) at Development and Management in Gandhinagar, has been assigned the additional charge of Research and Monitoring.

Dr. Sakkira Begum, a 2013 batch officer currently serving as the Deputy Conservator of Forests in the Publicity and Liaison Division, has been given the additional charge of Deputy Conservator of Forests, Monitoring.

P. Gardi, a 2016 batch IFS officer who is serving as the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Monitoring and Evaluation, has been assigned the additional charge of Banaskantha Social Forestry Division.

Abhay Kumar Singh, a 2017 batch officer currently serving as the Deputy Conservator of Forests in Valsad Social Forestry, has been given the additional charge of Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rajpipla, and Narmada Social Forestry Divisions.

These officers will hold the additional charge in these four positions until the state government appoints new officers.
