Capital Reshuffle: 5 IPS Officers Transferred Within Delhi

In a significant reshuffle, the Delhi State Government has ordered the transfer and posting of five IPS officers of the AGMUT cadre currently serving with the Delhi Police

According to the official notification, Dr. Sagar Preet Hooda (IPS: 1997: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special Commissioner of Police (Intelligence Division), with additional charge of the Perception Management & Media Cell Division, as well as SPUWAC & SPUNER.

Atul Katiyar (IPS: 1997: AGMUT) has been posted as Special Commissioner of Police (Welfare), while Sanjay Kumar (IPS: 1997: AGMUT) has been assigned the role of Special Commissioner of Police (Training).

Mangesh Kashyap (IPS: 2009: AGMUT) will now serve as Additional Commissioner of Police (Crime), and Sweta Chauhan (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional Commissioner of Police (Security).

The transfers are part of a routine administrative exercise.
